Our Commitment

Property Landlord Services (PLS) is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want property owners, residents, buyers, and sellers to be able to find information, contact us, and reach our online portals without barriers.

This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.2 includes every requirement of WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for web accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Accessibility Features

  • An accessibility options button (the round blue icon in the bottom-left corner) lets you enlarge text, switch to high contrast or a light background, highlight links, use an easier-to-read font, add text spacing, stop animations, or enlarge the mouse pointer. Your choices are remembered on this device.

  • Respects your device settings for reduced motion and high-contrast (forced colors) mode
  • No time limits, flashing content, or automatically moving content

Third-Party Portals and Documents

Our Pay Rent, Tenant Portal, and Owner Portal buttons link to websites operated by our property-management software provider. Those websites are not controlled by PLS, and their accessibility is the responsibility of that provider. If you have difficulty using a portal, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way.
